To our valued fans and supporters, We’re addressing a pressing matter to clarify the situation and safeguard King Saheed Osupa’s rights. Recently, an individual with a history of causing tr0uble used King Osupa’s music without permission, failing to acknowledge him as the rightful owner.
As King Osupa is signed to Sony Music Publishing Nigeria and represented by DMCE (Digital Music Commerce and Exchange Ltd), DMCE is authorized to act on his behalf, protecting his intellectual property rights. Utilizing advanced technology, we uncovered unauthorized use of King Osupa’s music by several artists. DMCE amicably resolved these issues with all parties except one, who chose to engage in cyberbu!!lying, attacks, and reputational damage against King Saheed Osupa.
In response, King Saheed Osupa’s management has decided to take legal action to right this wrong and prevent future occurrences. We cannot stand idly by while our boss is disrespected.
