Newton Isokpehi, who threatened to shoot anyone who records him on duty, slamming Nigerians for protesting the extrajudicial k!lling of 28-year-old man, Oghenemine Ogidi, in Delta state
Mine had gone to the park in Delta state to pick up a parcel sent via his friend when he was arrested.
The police, led by ASP Nuhu Usman, said the parcel he came to pick contained a pistol, Despite pleading with the policemen that he had no knowledge of the content in the parcel and pledged to take them to the house of the sender, he was shot and k!lled in the open.
In this throwback video ASP Newton cussed out Nigerians for condemining the k!ling. He also cussed out the IGP for ordering the dismissal of the officers involved.
Newton has now been arrested by the police and has been subjected to a drug test.
